Come Walk With Me

After all the recent wet weather, I couldn't wait to get out with the family and with the camera.

This tree always looks a bit spooky, even in daylight once it's lost all it's leaves.

I know it's not technically brilliant, but I was really pleased with the fence shot. It reminded me of the walk; a clear starting point, but a less clear onward journey.

Watching my youngest zig-zagging along on his bike seemed to be in stark contrast to the uniformed lines of the recently planted field.

And then there was the sunset! But tonight I chose to capture the colours reflected in the river.

Hope you enjoyed walking with us.

  5. You've certainly got a good photographic eye Heather.
Great tree, nice focus on the posts, love the lines in the field, and the sunset from a different angle.

  16. I loved your pictures! That's my kind of walk. The tree does look a little scary (like something out of a children's story where the ogres live or ...or maybe the tree is one that eats unsuspecting children)... actually, I hope kids don't read that kind of story any more, but almost a century ago ;>), when I was a child, we did!) ...)
